Best Winter In Years?

Snow, Snow and more snow. That has been the theme of things around here this winter. But more important to you is the sub-prime debacle. Where are prices in Park City going? Some segments of the market have seen lower prices, but for the most part, the Park City market is still strong. The real problem are the lenders. Having made huge profits on bad loans, now they are having to face reality and watch those loans go south. The affect on us is that it is increasingly hard to get a loan, even if qualified. So cash rules, and we are now seeing cash buyers come in and snatch up the real deals. And there are plenty of them if you know what to look for. That's where we come in, we can show you the properties that the spec builders are taking a bath  on and the older properties that were way over-priced a year ago.

The smart money buys on the down stroke trend. You make money when you buy, not when you sell. Now is the time to buy and make a killing. Remember, commissions are always negotiable, something the big name  brokerages  don't want you to know, so if you will price your property right we will charge you less, alot less.
